Pool Closing — $250 Flat Rate

Our professional pool closing service protects your pool and plumbing from winter damage by fully winterizing your system, blowing out lines, and securing your cover. We don’t just shut it down—we shut it down right.

Service Includes:

• Lowering of pool water to proper winter level

• Blowing out of all plumbing lines using commercial-grade air

• Addition of winter plugs and skimmer gizmos (provided by homeowner or available at extra charge)

• Draining and prepping of pump, filter, heater, and chlorinator

• Removal of ladders, rails, and other seasonal hardware

• Application and secure installation of your winter cover

• End-of-season system inspection and owner walk-through (if present)

Optional Add-Ons:

• Cover rinse & fold (spring return visit) – $100

• Winter algaecide treatment (recommended for mesh covers)

• Filter cleaning before closing
